Is Beava free to use?
Creating an account and posting tasks is free. Beava charges a small service fee on paid tasks when payment is processed in-app.
How do I know helpers are trustworthy?
Check their vouches (endorsements from neighbors), reviews from completed tasks, and verification badges. You can also message them before booking.
What kinds of tasks can I post?
Moving help, cleaning, yard work, pet care, handyman tasks, errands, tech help, tutoring, rides, and more. If it's legal and safe, you can probably find a neighbor to help.
How do payments work?
When you book a helper, you authorize payment. Funds are held until you confirm the task is complete, then released to the helper.
What if something goes wrong?
Open a dispute within 72 hours of task completion. Beava reviews evidence and can issue refunds, partial payments, or other resolutions.
