By creating an account or using Beava, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms that may apply to specific features or services.

2. Account Registration

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

You retain ownership of content you upload to Beava. By uploading content, you grant us a license to use, display, and distribute that content as necessary to provide our services.

6. Intellectual Property

Beava and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Beava Inc. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

Beava shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Canada and the Province of Ontario, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through our platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
