How do I post a task?
Click 'Post a Task' from your dashboard. Describe what you need, set your budget or payment preference, and choose a time window. Your task will be visible to helpers in your neighborhood.
How do I choose a helper?
Review bids from interested helpers. Check their profiles, ratings, reviews, and vouches. Message them with questions. Accept the bid that feels right for you.
What payment options are available?
You can pay with your account balance (includes any credits you've earned), trade/barter, or pay-it-forward. Set your preference when posting and helpers will bid accordingly.
