Add, organize, and manage your product catalog

Adding Products

Navigate to Products → Add Product to create a new product.

Required Fields

• Title — Product name displayed to customers
• Price — Base price in your store currency
• Status — Active (visible) or Draft (hidden)

Optional Fields

• Description — Rich text description with formatting
• Compare-at Price — Original price for showing discounts
• Cost per Item — Your cost for profit calculations
• SKU — Stock keeping unit for inventory tracking
• Barcode — UPC, EAN, or ISBN
• Weight — For shipping calculations
• Tags — For filtering and organization

Product Images

Upload up to 10 images per product. Supported formats: JPG, PNG, WebP, GIF.

• Recommended size — 1024x1024 pixels minimum
• Aspect ratio — Square (1:1) works best
• File size — Max 5MB per image
• First image — Used as the main product thumbnail

Product Variants

Create variants for products with multiple options like size or color.

Adding Options

1. Click Add Options on the product page
2. Enter option name (e.g., "Size")
3. Add option values (e.g., "Small", "Medium", "Large")
4. Repeat for additional options (e.g., "Color")

Variant Settings

Each variant can have its own:

• Price — Different pricing per variant
• SKU — Unique identifier for each variant
• Inventory — Stock tracked separately
• Image — Specific image for the variant
• Weight — For accurate shipping

Inventory Management

Track stock levels and get low-stock alerts.

Stock Tracking

• Track quantity — Enable to monitor stock levels
• Continue selling when out of stock — Allow backorders
• Low stock threshold — Get alerts when stock is low

Stock Adjustments

Adjust inventory from Inventory → Stock Adjustments:

• Add stock — Received new inventory
• Remove stock — Damaged, lost, or returned items
• Transfer — Move between locations

Multi-Location Inventory

Track stock across multiple warehouses or stores:

1. Go to Settings → Locations
2. Add your warehouse/store locations
3. Assign inventory to each location
4. Set fulfillment priority

Categories & Collections

Organize products for easier navigation.

Categories

Create a hierarchy of product categories:

• Go to Products → Categories
• Create parent categories (e.g., "Clothing")
• Add subcategories (e.g., "Shirts", "Pants")
• Assign products to categories

Collections

Group products by theme or promotion:

• Manual collections — Hand-pick products
• Automated collections — Based on tags, price, or vendor

Bulk Operations

CSV Import

Import multiple products at once:

1. Go to Products → Import
2. Download the CSV template
3. Fill in your product data
4. Upload the completed CSV
5. Review and confirm import

Bulk Edit

Select multiple products and:

• Update prices (fixed or percentage)
• Add/remove tags
• Change status (active/draft)
• Assign to collections

Digital Products

Sell downloadable files like ebooks, music, or software:

1. Create product and check This is a digital product
2. Upload the file(s) to deliver
3. Set download limits (optional)
4. Configure link expiration (optional)

Customers receive download links automatically after purchase.
